Ninjalens is a Google Apps Script-based monitoring tool that connects to your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) property, detects statistical anomalies and JavaScript errors, and delivers AI-powered analysis reports via Slack and email. The Service is delivered as a Google Spreadsheet that runs on Google's serverless infrastructure (Google Apps Script). You are responsible for providing your own GA4 Property ID, Gemini API key, and Slack Webhook URL to operate the Service.
Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for the number of Google Spreadsheet instances corresponding to your plan:

The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis. All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record.
We offer a 14-day free trial. After the trial period ends, continued use of the Service requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without notice.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms that you are responsible for independently. These include Google Apps Script, GA4 (Google Analytics 4), Google Gemini API, and Slack. You are solely responsible for:

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE SPECIFICALLY DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ninjalens and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
The Ninjalens name, logo, website content, and underlying Google Apps Script library code are the exclusive intellectual property of Ninjalens. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights or intellectual property rights beyond the limited license explicitly described in Section 2.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we reasonably determine to be harmful to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your license key will be deactivated and your access to the Service will cease. You remain responsible for any outstanding payment obligations. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as described in our Refund Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan. If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you may also have rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' prior notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
