• License information: Your license key and spreadsheet instance ID, used solely to authenticate and validate your subscription.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Ninjalens is built with a privacy-first architecture. The following data is never collected, transmitted to, or stored on our servers:

• Your GA4 analytics data or your clients' GA4 data
• Your Gemini API key or any Google credentials
• Your Slack Webhook URLs
• Any personal data belonging to your clients or their end users
• The contents of AI-generated analysis reports
• Website visitor behavioral data or analytics

All GA4 data processing occurs entirely within your own Google Account. Your Gemini API key is stored only in your personal Google Spreadsheet and is never transmitted to Ninjalens.

3. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• To deliver and maintain the Service
• To verify license validity and prevent unauthorized use
• To send transactional communications (license keys, receipts) via LemonSqueezy
• To respond to support inquiries

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating the Service.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

• LemonSqueezy — payment processing, license management, and affiliate program management. LemonSqueezy acts as our Merchant of Record and processes all payments on our behalf. The LemonSqueezy affiliate script is loaded on this website to enable our affiliate referral program, through which partners may earn commissions for referring customers. This script is necessary for the commercial operation of the Service. It identifies referral sources using a cookie and does not collect personal data for advertising or profiling purposes. LemonSqueezy's handling of payment data is governed by their own Privacy Policy.
• Google Apps Script — the serverless runtime environment in which the Service operates. Your use of Google Apps Script is subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Gemini API — AI-powered analysis engine. You provide your own Gemini API key, which is stored in your Google Spreadsheet. We have no access to your Gemini API key, your usage data, or the content you send to Gemini.

We do not use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party tracking or advertising scripts on this website. Third-party integrations are limited strictly to what is necessary to operate and monetize the Service.

5. Cookies

This website does not use analytics cookies or advertising cookies. The only cookie that may be set is a referral attribution cookie from the LemonSqueezy affiliate script, used solely to credit affiliate partners for referring customers. This cookie does not collect personal data for advertising purposes. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

5b. Access Logs

We collect access logs on this website for the purpose of improving our service and understanding visitor interest. The data collected includes: the URL path accessed, country of origin, and browser type. This data does not include IP addresses or any personally identifiable information.
