REFUND POLICY

We want you to be fully satisfied with Ninjalens. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted.

💡 Try before you buy. All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. We strongly encourage you to evaluate the Service thoroughly during the trial period before committing to a paid subscription.

1. Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. The trial period is provided to allow you to evaluate whether the Service meets your needs before any payment is taken. We encourage thorough evaluation during this period.

2. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • 7-day satisfaction guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the Service after your free trial converts to a paid subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first charge.
  • Extended service outage: If the Service is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues solely on our end during a paid billing period, you may request a prorated refund for that period.
  • Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly or more than once due to a billing error, the erroneous charge will be refunded in full.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Requests submitted more than 7 days after the first paid charge
  • Renewal charges after the initial billing period
  • Disruptions caused by third-party services outside our control (e.g., Google API outages, Gemini API changes, Slack outages)
  • Inability to set up or use the Service despite available documentation and support
  • Change of mind after the 14-day free trial has been completed without a refund request
  • Partial month usage — subscriptions grant access for the full billing period and are not prorated upon cancellation except as described in Section 2

4. EU / UK Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase under applicable consumer protection laws. However, by actively using the Service (e.g., activating your license key or running reports) during this period, you acknowledge that the digital service has been fully performed and you may lose your right of withdrawal. If you have not used the Service, please contact us within 14 days of purchase to exercise your right of withdrawal.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at support@ninjalens.net with the following information:

  • Your purchase email address
  • Your order number (found in your LemonSqueezy receipt)
  • Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by LemonSqueezy and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your LemonSqueezy customer portal. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid period.
